Evaluation for potential show dogs requires several months at Aria Maltese. Potential show dogs are evaluated at eight weeks, six months, and again at ten months. We will often run on two-three potential show dogs and make our final decisions at ten months of age. It is our opinion that at this age what they truly are with respect to overall AKC Maltese Standard conformation is known.
